Project Overview

AVS Traders is a specialized B2B eCommerce platform for selling houseware, crockery, and aquarium products exclusively to vetted business clients. The client wanted to digitize their 15-year-old offline store to improve scalability and streamline operations. As the Full Stack Developer & Product Manager, I led the entire development of the solution. I designed and implemented the web-based Admin Panel, built the backend APIs for the mobile app, and guided the mobile development team throughout the project.

Challenges

Before this project, AVS Traders operated entirely offline. The business received frequent customer inquiries about new products and processed orders manually. Without an automated system, these workflows were slow and error-prone, making it hard for the business to scale. The client needed an online platform to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and reach more businesses efficiently.

Solution

I tackled the project by planning the entire system architecture and overseeing development from start to finish. After gathering requirements and creating detailed project documentation, I estimated timelines and milestones. I then developed the backend services and APIs that powered both the Admin Panel and the mobile application. Throughout the development cycle, I managed and mentored the mobile development team to ensure we met our goals on time and delivered a robust product.

  • Access Control & User Management: A secure system to approve business accounts, manage user roles, and revoke access as needed to ensure only verified business can use the platform.
